Refund policy
At Steadfast Jewels, we want you to love your pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.
Requests submitted after the 14 day return period may still be reviewed by our team, but approval will be handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Exchange & Store Credit Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The item must not be marked as final sale

The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, Steadfast Jewels reserves the right to deny the return or exchange.
Proof of Purchase
To initiate a return or exchange, we require proof of purchase, such as:

Without proof of purchase, we may be unable to process your request.
Return Shipping
Once your return or exchange request has been approved, a USPS return shipping label will be provided via email.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the store credit amount issued for the return.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
