What our warranty covers
Our warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or materials, including:
• Broken clasps due to manufacturing defects
• Loose stones or pearls from faulty settings
If your item qualifies under our warranty, we will repair or replace the piece at no additional cost.
What our warranty does not cover
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear or improper care, including:
• Normal wear and tear
•Surface wear; scratches or dents
• Damage from improper care (Please see how to properly care for each item on the product page)
• Broken chains or pieces
• Lost or stolen items
•Chipped or lost stones
•Any alterations or repairs from a third-party jeweler
How to submit a warranty claim
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 12 months of purchase with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
